I have tried the DocuMasker demo. Now I want to use your DM sevice without the demo marking on my masked documents. What do I need to do?
To avoid the demo markings on your masked dokuments, you will need an activated user license when running the service. If you want to know more about our various DocuMasker options or buy licenses, you are welcome to our shop.
I have switched to another computer and DocuMasker can’t find my licens. What should I do about it?
Please note that all activation links are one-time links. Have you already activated your license and need to redo it, e.g. because you want to use DocuMasker on another machine, in another browser or because your activation cookie has been removed, the license must be reactivated. You can read about how to do this in the email you received the original activation link in.
